Director / Principal GTM + Revenue Enablement Sales + Partner Enablement

I build enablement systems that change field behavior — and move revenue.

I turn business priorities into the operating systems sellers, partners, managers, and technical teams need to perform.

My work spans 0→1 enablement functions, global sales methodology, partner ecosystems, AI-enabled knowledge, onboarding, certification, manager reinforcement, and the analytics that connect readiness to pipeline and revenue.

Target: Director / Principal-level enablement roles across B2B SaaS, AI, and cybersecurity.

What I do

Enablement as a revenue operating system.

I do not start with a course. I start with the business problem: where revenue is slowing, where execution varies, where knowledge is hard to find, or where a new strategy is failing to reach the field.

Then I build the system around it: capability → practice → proof → workflow → reinforcement → analytics.

01 / 0→1

Build the enablement function.

Operating model, intake, onboarding, certification, manager cadence, governance, and measurement when the organization needs structure from scratch.

02 / REVENUE EXECUTION

Turn methodology into behavior.

MEDDPICC, discovery, qualification, competitive execution, coaching, CRM inspection, and opportunity-quality signals that show whether the field is actually changing.

03 / PARTNERS

Make the ecosystem scalable.

Role-based partner journeys, accreditation, PRM/LMS architecture, content governance, telemetry, and recurring learning for resellers, MSPs, distributors, SIs, and technical audiences.

04 / AI + SYSTEMS

Remove friction from the workflow.

AI knowledge assistants, searchable content, automation, conversation intelligence, and connected enablement technology that helps the field find and use the right answer faster.

Operating model

Know. Practice. Prove. Perform.

A program is not successful because people completed it. The standard is whether they can demonstrate the skill, use it in the workflow, and create a measurable change in the business.

01 / KNOW

Understand the move.

Clarify the buyer, business problem, value, process, product, or methodology the field needs to understand.

Evidence: knowledge benchmark + message recall
02 / PRACTICE

Rehearse the workflow.

Use scenarios, discovery, objections, demos, roleplay, coaching, and realistic practice before the skill is needed live.

Evidence: observed practice + manager feedback
03 / PROVE

Demonstrate readiness.

Certify against observable criteria so readiness means demonstrated capability rather than content completion.

Evidence: performance score + readiness threshold
04 / PERFORM

Use it in the business.

Inspect live opportunities, partner motions, CRM behavior, calls, and business outcomes to see whether the capability transferred.

Evidence: behavior + pipeline + revenue movement
0–30 daysAdoption

Participation, practice, usage, certification starts, manager engagement, and baseline signals.

31–60 daysBehavior

Observed field execution, methodology use, coaching follow-through, content use, and workflow consistency.

61–90 daysPerformance

Opportunity quality, conversion movement, readiness, ramp, stage progression, and productivity.

90–180+ daysBusiness impact

Revenue, win rate, sales-cycle movement, ramp trend, partner contribution, savings, and sustained adoption.

Work you can inspect

The strategy has to survive contact with the field.

The portfolio only shows work that can be explained in context. No invented client artifacts, no decorative proof, and no confidential material presented as if it were public.

My standard

Technology must change behavior.
A tool belongs in the architecture only when it reduces friction, increases adoption, improves execution, or creates better evidence.

From people I've worked with

The pattern shows up in the feedback.

The strongest validation is consistent: innovation, strategic thinking, practical execution, strong communication, and enablement that helps people perform.

Where I create the most value

A hard GTM problem with room to build.

The best fit is an organization that wants enablement to operate as part of the revenue system — not as a calendar of training requests.

Scaling B2B SaaS

Teams moving from informal enablement toward repeatable global operating discipline.

AI transformation

Organizations that need AI translated into practical seller, manager, partner, and knowledge workflows.

Cybersecurity

Complex technical products where field credibility, buyer fluency, competitive differentiation, and partner leverage matter.

0→1 or rebuild

Functions that need someone comfortable diagnosing the mess, designing the architecture, and personally building the first version.
