Digital product license
Use it. Adapt it.

These terms govern digital products licensed by EZ Enablement LLC unless an order, proposal, checkout, invoice, or product-specific agreement says otherwise. By purchasing, accessing, downloading, or using a licensed digital product, the purchaser agrees to these terms.
1. License scope
A named user is a specific person who may access or use the licensed materials. Access may be reassigned when a named user leaves the organization or changes roles. Managers and facilitators count as named users when they access or use the materials.
2. Permitted internal use
The licensee may use the materials internally within the purchased scope and may adapt them for internal use. EZ Enablement copyright and license notices must remain where included.
3. No redistribution, resale, or sublicensing
You may not resell, sublicense, publish, upload for public access, distribute outside the licensed person or entity, or use the materials to deliver paid training or services to other organizations. You may not publish substantial portions in public prompt libraries, marketplaces, repositories, datasets, or shared assistants.
4. AI systems and uploads
Licensed materials may be used with organization-approved AI systems for internal purposes when access is limited to licensed users and the AI provider is not permitted to train on the materials or share them with other customers. Do not upload the materials to public AI tools, public custom assistants, prompt marketplaces, shared training datasets, or services whose terms permit training on or redistribution of submitted materials.
5. Product updates
A one-time product license includes the version purchased plus updates to that same product released during the first 12 months after purchase. The licensed version may continue to be used indefinitely after that period. Later updates require an active update plan, renewal, qualifying subscription, or new purchase.
6. Refunds
All sales are final except where applicable law requires otherwise.
7. Warranty, outcomes, and liability
Licensed materials are provided "as is" to the extent permitted by law. EZ Enablement does not guarantee specific business, revenue, performance, learning, or career outcomes. To the extent permitted by law, total liability arising from a licensed digital product is limited to the amount paid for that product, and EZ Enablement is not liable for indirect or consequential losses.
8. Material breach and termination
A material breach that is not cured within 30 days after notice may terminate the license. Termination ends the right to use the materials except where applicable law requires otherwise.
9. Third-party names and methodologies
Third-party company, product, platform, and methodology names belong to their respective owners. References are descriptive or educational and do not imply affiliation, sponsorship, endorsement, or ownership by EZ Enablement unless explicitly stated.
10. Governing law
These license terms are governed by the laws of the State of Nevada, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, except where applicable law requires otherwise.
11. Order of precedence
If a signed proposal, statement of work, order form, invoice, checkout, or other written agreement expressly conflicts with these terms, the more specific written agreement controls for that purchase.
