The Responsibility Check.
Responsible AI happens before the output reaches somebody else. Six questions that decide whether your work ships or stays in draft.

How can teams check whether AI-assisted work is responsible?
Review six questions: who is affected, what personal data is involved, where bias may enter, whether claims are accurate, what transparency is appropriate, and who is accountable.
How to put this into practice
Use greater human oversight where output affects employment, access to service, or other consequential outcomes. Check source records, apply privacy controls, look for unfair assumptions, and assign an accountable decision-maker.
Example
Before using an AI-assisted performance review, verify events and dates and have an authorized human approve the final assessment.
